Nurse Staffing Administrator - Remote or Hybrid

Join FoxHire’s growing Healthcare Operations Team and play a key role in ensuring compliant, scalable nurse staffing across the U.S. This position sits within FoxHire’s internal corporate team (not a client-facing or travel nurse role) and directly supports recruiters, account executives, and clients by keeping our healthcare placements and licensing programs audit-ready nationwide.

What You’ll Do

As our Nurse Staffing Administrator, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for nurse agency licensing, healthcare staffing regulations, and credentialing workflows. Your focus will be on ensuring every placement meets state, client, and regulatory requirements—while helping to simplify and automate our compliance processes.

Key Impact Areas

  • Lead Agency Licensing – Maintain and renew state healthcare staffing licenses; manage filings, reports, and renewals from end to end.

  • Stay Ahead of Regulation – Monitor and interpret nurse practice acts, agency registration laws, and reporting mandates; translate changes into actionable guidance.

  • Drive Compliance Readiness – Partner with recruiters, clients, and internal teams to ensure all clinician credentials and health documents meet pre-employment requirements.

  • Build Tools & Resources – Develop checklists, SOPs, and templates that help recruiters and account teams self-serve compliance information.

  • Support Seamless Placements – Coordinate onboarding, contract setup, and system recordkeeping to ensure every worker starts on time and in compliance.

  • Champion Continuous Improvement – Identify gaps, streamline processes, and support product development that automates compliance checks.
